Safwan is an AI assistant inside the Al-Safwa portal, in the corner of every page. Employees ask it in their own words about any system or procedure; it answers with steps from the portal's official guides, gathers the work waiting for them, and prepares tasks, drafts and support tickets as cards they review and confirm themselves.

Who it is for: Every employee on the portal: the newcomer learning the systems, and the busy one who wants to know what is waiting and get it done the shortest way.

What it offers

  • Explains systems and pages

    Step-by-step answers from the official user guides, with a link to the page in question.

  • What's waiting for me

    The employee's work from every system in one place, ordered by priority, with how to do each item and its link.

  • Prepares work as a card

    A task for a colleague, a project, or a draft agreement, vacancy or knowledge article, shown as a card and saved only on «Confirm».

  • Writes the support ticket

    It describes the problem with the page and the steps, and files it with the support team in the employee's name, at their request.

What sets it apart

    Safwan sees only what the employee sees, and never shows a system or record they may not open.

  • Nothing without confirmation

    Whatever it prepares stays a card until the employee presses «Confirm», and can be cancelled.
