The Media system is the media team's newsroom: it follows stories from intake to publication, along with design requests, event coverage, campaigns and channel posts. It also keeps the media library, brand assets and the media directory, and shows statistics and a period report.

Every story moves through six stages from intake to publication, and the register shows its stage and who holds it now.

A creative brief and due date, then assignment to a designer and hand-over with the final link, or a revision request.

Event coverage requests with their uploaded output, and media campaigns with their channels and posts.

Calendar and statistics
A monthly calendar that gathers dates from every source, plus statistics and a period report exported to PDF.

A story only reaches «published» with its publication link, and a post is only published with a secure link.

Where and when each item was published, with a link for every piece of evidence.

Corrections on record
Editing a post after publication counts as a correction and needs a written reason, so the trail stays.
