Finance and resources
Human Resources
A file for every employee, leave in a click, an approved payroll
Human Resources
The Human Resources system keeps every employee's file with their contract, pay and documents, and runs leave, assignments, evaluations, training and disciplinary records. It carries through to the monthly payroll and salary certificates, each with its own approval path.
Who it is for: For administrative and HR staff, finance staff running payroll, line managers deciding their team's leave, and every employee requesting leave or a salary certificate.
The system in a minute
What it offers
-
Leave and balances
Employees request leave or short permission, their line manager decides, and the balance is only deducted on approval.
-
Payroll
The monthly payroll is generated with allowances, deductions and loan instalments, approved by someone other than its creator, then exported as a bank transfer file.
-
Evaluation and training
Evaluation cycles on configurable templates that employees sign electronically, and a course catalogue with enrolments.
-
Employee e-services
Salary certificates issued as a PDF once approved, and overtime and travel requests routed through to finance.
What sets it apart
-
Follows the Labour Law
Sick-leave pay is worked out on the Labour Law's bands, and the manager sees the effect before approving.
-
A pay history that stays
Every change to salary or allowances is added to the pay history with its date and author, and is never edited or deleted.
-
Decisions never stall
If the line manager is away, the leave decision passes to the nearest active manager above them.
