Assets and Custody

Every asset numbered, every custody with its holder

Assets and Custody

The Assets and Custody system records the organisation's equipment, furniture and devices, and shows who holds each one, with hand-over and return documented on two archived forms. It also keeps the maintenance log, periodic stock-take sessions with their variance report, and the book value of every asset.

Who it is for: For administrative affairs, human resources and the asset officer; finance reads and exports it, and every employee sees what they hold from their own services page.

The system in a minute

A tour of Assets and Custody on its real screens, with sample data. Narrated in Arabic.

What it offers

  • Asset register

Every asset with an automatic number, category, value, location and status, with search, filters and Excel and PDF export.

  • Hand-over and return

Assign an asset to an employee and take it back with its condition, on branded receipt and return forms archived automatically.

  • Maintenance and depreciation

A maintenance log with dates and costs, and straight-line depreciation and book value calculated automatically.

  • Stock-take sessions

A checklist of every asset marked present, missing or damaged, and a PDF variance report in one click.

What sets it apart

  • Custody stays with the holder

No employee is cleared while an asset is still in their custody, and the message names what is left.

  • A stock-take that holds

A closed session is a dated count that stays available to read and export.

  • A record that stays

Every hand-over, return and repair is kept in an audit trail with its archived form.
