Beneficiaries
One file for every guest, every service followed through
Beneficiaries
The Beneficiaries system keeps one file for every beneficiary among the guests of God, bringing together their details, cases, service requests, programmes and documents. Service requests arrive from the public website or the beneficiary portal, are reviewed, and become cases that are followed until they close.
Who it is for: For beneficiary-service and programme staff, and for whoever decides on service requests and data-correction requests.
The system in a minute
What it offers
-
Service requests
Requests from the website or the beneficiary portal are picked up for review, then accepted into a case or declined with a decision note.
-
Case file
Assignment, priority and status changes with a required comment, secure attachments, and a timeline that keeps every decision.
-
Disbursement vouchers
Each disbursement is recorded as a voucher, sent for approval, then issued in kind from the warehouse or in cash through finance.
-
Beneficiary portal
Beneficiaries get access with a sign-in code sent to their email, and use it to send requests and ask for corrections to their data.
What sets it apart
-
No duplicates
The national ID is unique, and a duplicate record is merged into the existing one with its full history.
-
Privacy by permission
The ID number is masked on every screen unless the user may reveal it, and erasure requests are reviewed under the Personal Data Protection Law.
-
Reasoned corrections
Core details are never edited directly: a correction request is accepted or declined with a reason sent to whoever asked.
