Everyday work

Tasks

Every task with its owner and due date, through to sign-off

Tasks

The Tasks system is the organisation's daily work book: a task is assigned to an employee, who carries it out and submits it for review, and it is then signed off or returned with a written reason. Alongside it sit the project portfolio and strategic plans with their goals and action plans.

Who it is for: For every employee following their tasks, for managers and supervisors overseeing their teams, and for project and strategic planning leads.

The system in a minute

A tour of Tasks on its real screens, with sample data. Narrated in Arabic.

What it offers

  • My tasks

What is assigned to you, what you assigned and your team's tasks, in columns by stage, with search and filters by status, priority and due date.

  • Execution and review

Progress and a checklist, then submission for review and sign-off with evidence, or return for changes.

  • Project portfolio

Each project with its owner, duration and progress, and a workspace holding its tasks and subtasks.

  • Strategic plans

Plans with weighted goals and targets, and action plans that link each goal to tasks.

What sets it apart

  • A clear completion cycle

The assignee starts and submits for review, and whoever assigned the task signs it off or returns it.

  • A trace that stays

Every task has a timeline, and cancelling keeps its record with the reason.

  • From strategy to the day

Each strategic goal connects to its action plans, projects and daily tasks.
