Reports and dashboards
Every report in one place, and a live dashboard for leadership
Reports and dashboards
The Reports and Dashboards system gathers every report in the portal into one index, grouped by system, each with a line saying what question it answers. For leadership it adds an executive dashboard with the organisation's figures for any period, and a generator for branded periodic PDF reports.
Who it is for: For every employee looking for a report within their permissions, and for executive leadership, oversight, internal audit, planning and reporting officers.
The system in a minute
What it offers
-
Reports centre
An index of finance, HR, procurement, programme, correspondence and other reports, searchable by name and by the question each answers.
-
Executive dashboard
Beneficiaries, workforce, programmes, procurement and a financial summary for a chosen period, with trend charts and a comparison with the previous period.
-
Periodic reports
A monthly, quarterly or annual report prepared in the background, comparing two periods and showing achievement against target for each programme.
-
Export and drill-down
Download the executive snapshot as Excel or PDF, and follow links from a figure to its register with the filter already applied.
What sets it apart
-
One source for every figure
The chart, its table and the periodic report read the same data, so figures never drift apart.
-
Every figure with its source
Each card shows its source and basis of calculation, and each snapshot its last update time.
-
Within your permissions
Each employee sees only the reports their permissions allow.
